I got a fine for been on the phone
Anyways, I didn't pay it
Now waiting on the next one to be mailed to me

Problem is
I've moved and It should have come in by now
So I'm wondering who would I call to get another one sent out to my new address

yeah they do forget but thats not their problem.

call the hotline and they will ask for you license number and other details and look up and see what you have. you can pay then or they will give you details

Sometimes their computers fuck up! Had a fine issued during a license suspension and paid it after license was renewed and bam, no court or anything, their system somehow didn't pick up that I had no license at the time LOL saved me a further 12 months on top of current 9 months YEOW!

Their systems are not faultless! BUT I highly doubt your fine has just disappeared

Just call find enforcement, I've had similar circumstances multiple times and they just give you the info.
