Anyone know a good one?
Moving out in the next few weeks and cant be assed cleaning, happy to sacrifice a bit of my bond to get this done.

Only a 1x1 apartment, someone cheap and good.
No need to do floors as probably get Kirbo in for that :)

Ask your real estate agent who they use. Call them get them to clean it and then get a receipt.

Then when your real estate agent charges you a cleaning fee.. Which they will. Bitch to them.

^ Always use the cleaner your agent recommends.

I have no problem cleaning an entire apartment, it's no trouble as I have a van full of stuff ready to go.
Although, as the others have recommended, it'd pay to quickly check with the agents.

So far, 100% of those who've used me, have collected their bond back in full* (*They haven't done any permanent damage to anything)

I have to clear the carpet cleaner with the agent anyway, so could be a go to do the whole lot if they give you the ok...

Look up 'Brads vacate cleaning' on Gumtree. Used him for my vacate clean on an apartment two weeks ago, did a great job! Charged me $180 for a 2 x 1 in Churchlands. Landlord was very happy.
