Video streaming to android

Tried a few apps today, cant get shit to work. Anyone have a free solution to streaming video from my mac to my android devices??

edit: may be sorting it now. downloaded server instead of manager.

was shit, I want something easy.

Wouldn't let me search for folders or add files. It just did an auto scan :S

I'm not sure why this is proving so difficult. All I want to do is install a server on my mac, select a shared folder. Install an app on my phone, and watch. Nothing seems to be that easy :S
