We are moving into a house and the agent has said we need mats on the carpet in the bedrooms.
Just the common areas door to the bathroom etc. ( who has white carpet in a rental )
So need some carpet runners, can any one help.
Would like them the same if not close to the carpet colour if possible.

I'd tell the agent to get stuffed. There is a right to "reasonable wear and tear" and if the owners an idiot and has white carpets then he should be prepared for a greater "wear and tear" or should supply the runners to protect the carpet himself.

Tell the owner to provide matts if they are worried about the carpet.

I went to a few carpet places asking for off cuts and they gave me big sample matts for fuck all, sewn edges and all.
Worth an ask.
