Just need a complaint email proof read before I send it off.

Never really written one before, so a second set of eyes and constructive criticism would be nice.

Can PM the text to someone if they would be so kind as to read it and make any corrections if need be?

Planning on emailing it tonight, so if anyone is awake at the moment and is bored let me know. Otherwise I'll just send it as is :)

Im going to need one of these written out for a vic park based hyundai dealer if they don't fix a getz under warranty and attempt to charge for inspection.

Are the pingpingpingpings there fucking normal? All you have to do is type into google: "hyundai getz st" and it auto corrects to starting issues, starting problems etc. Its a known fault which last time they blamed on a fuel filter, charged 160 bucks to replace (if i was there this wouldn't have happened), and it still occurs. Thing will just crank over all day until battery goes flat without firing. Sometimes starts second try, sometimes third, sometimes ten tries and battery will die before it fails.

Surely with a problem that has existed for 3 years now, they would have a solution....

Are there actually any mechanics that know how to do more than change oil and filters?
