After watching this season of The Ultimate Fighter, I have found much respect for Chael Sonnen. As much of a dick he has appeared to be in the past, it seems it is all for show. I would say he was probably one of the best coaches they have ever had in the entire series.

Exact same for me. Hated him with a passion, purely because he kept on claiming that he would leave the UFC if Silva beat him. Silva did twice, and he is still there. But, after watching TUF you get to see more of the day to day guy. Hard not to like him.

I have watched every episode of TUF17. I have gained some respect for him, but if you are an avid fan like myself and you also watch UFC tonight, you will notice some of his antics at times are down right idiotic (ie hearing him bag out joes' new born child) he is a dick but a good fighter. I want jones to win 100%. If i was to put money, My pick sonnen split decision. Whilst on the topic - Johnny Hendricks will knock out gsp. Willing to bet my car on it

Chael is a great actor and a not so good fighter. But he talks the talk then walks the walk.

I never liked him much before until I saw him on the joe rogan podcast and this season ultimate fighter and he seems like a great guy.

Im going for sonnen but i think jones will win. Also going for Vinny as well hope he wins

Yep same with me about Sonnen, TUF has shown him to be a decent bloke outside the ring, I actually think it has thrown Jones off, Jones will win though, I'd like to see Sonnen win, but Jones, like Silva are freaks.

There was still 20 odd seconds left in that round with jones on top dropping elbows, he didn't even know his toe was broken until the interview close to 1 minute after fight was stopped? If sonnen made it out of the round would of been a miracle.

Agreed it was stopped a bit early, but he was going to cop 20 seconds of elbows and punches. He was going to get fucked up.
