Hey,

Looking for some advice on some unsatisfactory service i have receive on a product i have purchase. I prefer to keep it simple at the moment and not to mention anything in detail.

But the general run down is i am having an issue with the product and it requires a part to be replaced. The manufacture knows of the issue and has stated that the part is to be replaced with a updated version. I have now been waiting over 5 weeks for this part, and everytime i go see the "company" i get the same responds "yes yes, we have order your part and waiting for it to come in"

However this is not the case, i called up about the part after 3 weeks of waiting and talked to a different person and he said to me "Oh your waiting on that part, we haven't order it yet for you". Now i know i'm not the first person to have an issue with said "company".

At this stage i just what to know what the fuck is going on? and be given a straight answer. I don't want to burn any bridges but i think i should be treated alittle bit better since i have drop a far amount of coin on this product.

Cheers

if the "product" relatively new take the Whole "product" back to the "company" and demand a refund.

that should kick them into gear to get the part for you.

otherwise Department for consumer affairs. don't make threats saying you'll go to the ombudsmen, just straight up do it.

That's what they're there for.

If the company is a reseller/dealer, complain to their parent company/head office... preferably via facebook etc so they can't just pull out the generic 'we're sorry about your experience' letter.
