Hey guys

I recently bought a manual chaser, the previous owner had just had an exedy HD clutch installed (Kappo)
Since wearing it in, it never felt as though it had been biting properly, couldn't break traction in second most of the time etc and after taking it for a spirited drive the other day the engagement point is now really high
I may just be paranoid but I think it's slipping on boost in 2nd - 3rd as well.
Clutch is aprox 3k old

Any ideas on what could be wrong and where to take it to?

EDIT: Car has aprox 360hp so 2nd shouldn't be a problem ;)

Clutch master cylinder , I would try adjust it.if it is adjustable then make sure it's adjusted right

Clutch is now definitely slipping on boost in all gears and the engagement point is so high its increasingly difficult to drive..

Considering just going to a twin plate set up, any recommendations for that?

EDIT: I hadn't been driving it, I just had to follow the girlfriend down to get her car serviced this morning and between leaving home and getting back it progressed to the above (roughly 45mins total driving)

Didn't want to start a new thread so I'll just update this one
The car has been hard-parked for a few months now since it's un-drivable but now I'm assessing my options to get it back on the road

Am I better off rebuilding the exedy hyper single (does anyone have a rough cost for this?) or going OS Giken twin plate?
Right now I'd probably rather rebuild if it's not going to cost too much so I can get the car back on the road sooner rather than later

One would think that the clutch wouldn't slip after so few kms.

In my experience rebuilding a clutch is probably just as expensive as replacing it... Unfortunate but true..
