Shit is getting real. For those that don't know, for the last five years Red Bull has been sponsoring a world record attempt to skydive from the highest altitude, which is also expected to result in the "astronaut" Felix Baumgartner breaking the sound barrier during his free-fall back to Earth.

Interesting facts;
-The balloon taking Felix up will be the largest helium balloon in history, weighs around 2 tons empty and is taller than the Statue of Liberty
-Fully inflated at peak altitude the balloon will be 130m across and 101m tall
-Felix will jump out of his capsule at 120,000ft
-Felix has to wear a full, unique space suit to prevent the usual issues with high altitude; boiling skin, freezing temperatures, extreme lack of atmosphere, etc.
