yeah man.. i suffer pretty bad for about 3 months straight between Sep and Dec...
I have found that only Claratyne d works for me... but everytime i go to buy it i get treated like a bikie or some sort of crack head after pseudoephedrine or however you spell it...
rhinocort spray is good as well.

Use the search button. Already a long winded thread with plenty of suggestions
I find most over the counter products either do nothing or work but make you that sleepy you cant really do anything.
Nasonex I find works well but when it is really bad I have had an prescritption injection from the Doctor that really works for at least a couple of months. Some type of cortisone I think. Or you could try cold & flu tablets(the type you need to show you licence to purchase) but make sure you get the one with Antihistamine in it. At least these do not make you drowsy.

Rhinocort, a spray in each nostril at the start of everyday. Let it sit there for ages before sniffing etc.
Had some awesom eyedrops that I used whenever it gets real bad, Zirdetan or something, need to find some again, it was amazingly good at clearing up blocked nose/reducing itchnyness of eyes and throat.

Loratadine (sp?), tried everything else and nothing worked for me. Works wonders and doesn't make me drowsy.
