Sup,

As part of the house reno we are going to build a sexy new brick letterbox and render it along with the house. Just looking for any standard size housebricks any of you folks might have lying around or know about (Dads/Uncles/Old Mate/Nonnas) that you don't want cluttering up your place. Looking at around 80 bricks in total so if a few of you have 10 or whatever, combined the numbers all might add up so don't be shy!

Color matching is not an issue as I have mentioned, it will be rendered over anyway. I will even pick up/move for you if you want to get rid of them, just point me in the right direction, other than that you won't have to lift a finger. Let me know what you got please. I am on a glorious month off work so any time suitable can be arranged.

PM me with what you got please and we'll go from there :)

Cheers, Phil

P.S. DO NOT suggest pinching them from someone building a house. That is theft and I am not a thief.

The job site thing isn't a silly idea.
If you drive through a new suburb, anything on the skip-bin or dirt-pile out front is fair game IMO.

I'll ask the old man if he has spares hanging about. (currently on kwinny shops renovation.)

You're wrong. Anything on a building site, including in the skip, is property of the builder. Taking anything from even the bin is theft & punishable by a huge fine.

I'll be demolishing a house in a month or two depending on how much of a rush you are in.

LOL, this weekend as that's when the rendering will be finished off. But cheers.

I said it was fair game, not a great idea! haha

Fair call Turbo2.6L, I was under the impression that if it's trash, it's ok.
Suppose too many liberty-taking monkeys spoiled the fun. :/

If the skip bin is on the verge then the builders can't do squat....

Btw I have a crap load of bricks - free to a good home.

If you take a trailer to Tonkin hwy near mills rd it looks like a brick truck has lost its load into the center medium.

If you want specific ones, i work at a brick plant and have access to pretty much every type of brick.
