Blue 05/06 Rodeo with black steel rims, lift kit and bull bar/winch, had a tandem trailer as well.
Has Broome plates

doesnt really narrow it down, what are the plates? pics? do they have keys ? plate/ vin of the trailer? few more details might help

I have a feeling there wouldnt be too many blue dual cab rodeos towing a trailer around perth with Broome plates!
