Any one here use it ? I currently use it to stay in touch with the wench when offshore such as now being 96miles of karratha and 3G reception being intermittent ect an know a fair few others here are FIFO also so may be of interests, awesome little app if you work where there is no reception but have a net connection for free calls and texts ect, especially useful for the retards still with Vodafone, very simple to use and gives you the same setup to use as your standard layout.

whatsapp is a fantastic alternative, and works quite well. dont use it for calls and is free on android. win!

Do recommend you install it and it automatically searches your address book and creates a list based on who has it installed

just get iphones, iMessage works everywhere if there is an internet connection of some sort. Used it heaps while in america to people there and back home. Even works if you have an iPad

Yes and whatsapp is good too

skype for phone is pretty good. its the best one ive found for international voice/video calls. although it does play up alot of the time, like sometimes when i ring, it doesnt ring on the other persons phone :S

Line is good for msging, but call quality is on and off
