Hey guys,

Planning on a bit of a weekend away with the missus thats going to mainly revolve around beer + breaking my car, but dont really feel like camping.

Does anyone know of any cabins or anything you can rent that are out of the way yet close to decent trails etc??

keen to hear of anything like this that people have done in the past.

Welly Mills lodges then you can break shit out at Dardanup.

Also Harvey has some cottage and hotel/motel thingo, and a few pubs, then break shit at Harvey Dam.

Brunswick/Beela has a caravan park, not too sure if you can rent chalets or vans there though.

MOA have "Accommodation" in the Shearer quarters not sure what that is exactly..

However will be the closest to trails and accommodation in the same place that you will get in WA I think.

wellington dam looks pretty good for offroading, although my car will be wearing worn out A/T's im guessing im gonna spend a bit of time in the mud.

Looks like you can cut straight through from evedon park through wellington state forrest to the dam.

Shearers Quarters are actually pretty nice, have their own showers, alfresco, kitchen etc. We had all our showers in the Shearers quarters, as it was the only bit that had hot water, but depends on if he wants to go up there, 6ish hour drive from Perth, and no use going without 3-4+ cars.

Phil, yeah I know the Jenours who own Evedon Park.
