I believe he may be chasing a registered motor vehicle between the $1 - $2500 mark that he can use at motor sport events other wise known as track days. Prerequisites seem to be listed as small, manual and fun.

i will donate a free turbo if you buy that thing and butcherr on a turbo - i have an assortment if RB20/25 turbos around may be a fraction too big
