prenup will stop ur partner getting what you currently have it wont stop u loosing what ur going to have. have worked with a few blokes who have been seperated and soon as kids are involved ur fuct. Strongly believe the kids need to be cared/funded for but the way the system works currently is fuct and heavily favours the woman.
An example, a guy i used to work with was divorced one kid 11 years old. He's single still, on about $70k a year with mortgage. Family trust saved my house. Or for even less hassle put it all in your parents name.
