I had this up a year or so ago, and it is back again...

Asset Management involves the optimal and sustainable management of performance, risk and expenditure for the entire lifecycle of an infrastructure asset, from the initial identification of its need, through to ultimate disposal at the end of its useful life.

The challenge faced in this highly influential and demanding role is to engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders on issues relating to the configuration, design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the Water Corporation's assets.

Your duties will support the Manage Infrastructure Assets Process through the detailed business analysis of issues identified and recommending improvements to infrastructure asset configuration, design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance.

Whilst demonstrated excellence in analysis of infrastructure assets is critical to the success of this role, equally important is your ability to build stakeholder relationships, recommend improvements and play a part in developing a positive organisational culture. Interested applicants should have well a developed stakeholder engagement capability along with the ability to influence across a large and diverse organisation. You should have a track record of delivering exceptional results and meeting customer needs.

Taking away the big words - you would be respsonsible for completing research and analysis on issues raised by the business and recommending actions to deliver improvements.

You would be working for me, but reporting to my manager. Engineering experience is good, but the big part of this role is liaising with stakeholders and driving agreement on issues that havnt been resolved for a while.

Good place to work, fairly cruisey.

~100k or so, fixed term to june 30th next year but this is 99% to be extended long term.

If you are interested, let me know and we can go from there.

The answer to both is a resounding yes

We do flexi hours Kizz so leaving at 3 is fine if you and your manager come to an agreement. I do 6.45ish to 4.30 most days, then grabs hours when I need them.

Jon, correct. My role is not a technical one thus it would be silly if it was the other way around.

Working for you, or working alongside you? Unless you are a functional/line manager, don't see how they would be working for you.
What company is this for?

For me. Having said that I may be changing roles, so it could be for the person who takes over from me down the line.

Nope - no need for the person to have a car.

What PSGA level is this positon??

We dont PSGA scale - we are a private corp with one stakeholder which happens to be government, so we are a little different.
