the car looks so clean. pretty cheap too, it wouldnt be that hard to turbocharge it. couple of grand on top of 6600 and uve got a street weapon, these arent slow with a simple turbo kit.

You can get 240rwhp out of an N/A rotary, but it involves peripheral porting, etc...not cheap!!

the body has done about 160,000 but i have receipts to show another 13b was dropped into it in 2001 so i honestly dont have half a clue? it wouldnt be near 160,000.

yeh it is advertised at rotary sites, yeh all up iv got like 50 calls for people wanting a $600 S4. I feel bad lol but all i can do is say sorry it was a mistake. It is in the quokka next week for the right price, i made them double check.

The 13B n/a's which came out in series 4-5 rx7's are a 6-port design. They make 146hp out of the factory, and as far as I know they are very limited to modification. Different designed housings or something making any form of major porting difficult or impossible - i could be wrong, though but I'm pretty sure thats the case with this particular motor.

thats what ive heard also. though one (pretty sure non turbo, not 100%sure) took off faster than 200sx but the 200 took over top end.. pretty sure it was series4.
just but and put a turbo set up in it if u must have a forcefully inducted car.

Keep in mind the 6 port will have high compression rotors etc which will make turbocharging difficult and make you run low to zero boost.. Just buy a 13BT and be done with it :P
The conversion of a 13B turbo motor into a non turbo series 4 isnt that difficult nor expensive.
Not a bad decision either considering you dont have to change much else in the car apart engine bay and g/box related things - all aussie spec series 4's all came out with the big turbo brakes, the instrument cluster is a little different (tacho goes to 9k on the turbos, and only 8k on the non turbos) and the seats/interior is slightly different, but only series 4/5 knowledgable guys would know that. Most people wouldnt pick it.
