Hey all rents are building new shed and old man wants an oil repellent coating.
What do you guys suggest, we want somthing that penetrates the concrete so if a tool is dropped on it and chips it still has the same properties as the surface layer if possible.
What is used in workshops? people to do it/ anyone on here?

2 pack epoxy paint, can be had from various good paint stores.
Will last about 5 years in our shop, so would last forever in a home shed.
Need to make sure concrete is farking clean if you want it to stay however

As Josh said I'd use a 2 pack epoxy which can be had at many paint suppliers. It'll last a long time and doesnt chip off.

Any epoxy coating will chip or fracture if enough force or sideways abrasion is applied to it.
