Ironically, the only issues they really had were drunk drivers who had no part of the "racing"

11:30-12:30 into part 1 - black guy running from an American cop, cop draws gun on him, black guy denies running after it's all been caught on camera... Other guy from the accident is Hispanic? Or at least his brother is... Black guy lies to cops, Hispanic has relation to a firearm;

Is this Cops? Oh wait, Honda's everywhere, it's 2 Fast and 2 Furious.
