If anyone has one they can spare or know of someone who has one it will help me out a Bunch.

have you looked into transport companies? there is a place that is mentioned on PSB pretty often for getting bikes interstate.
Unless ur lookin for a reason to drive to and from Adelaide then might work out cheaper and easier.

Yeah i had a look on PSB, the bike is from Tasmania, and im gonna get it as far as Adelaide by freight, then just on the trailer back across the boarder just to show off to the relatives in S.A before it comes to Perth ;)

Bugger that. You wont get better roads than in Tassie. Fly to tassie, blast around, catch the ferry to Melbourne. Ride to Radelaide. Do burnouts in front of relatives and freight it back to Perth for the boring bit.

It will cost you $850 to transport it from Adelaide to Perth. Its a rip off, do the drive, will be the fun bit, OR I would persoanlly fly to adelaide and ride it home!
IF you really really want to trailer it home, PM me, as I have a ERDE 3 bike trailer thats low as, single axle so 110 is legal and you wouldnt notice it there.

if you can get from perth to adelaide and back with just 850 in fuel, then your doing well.
petrol would be close to $2 a litre at the border.

I was refering to the rough transportation costs for a bike on a bike transporter being $850.

I got in contact with a bikienut transport company today, they do door to door delivery rather then depot's, wheel it onto a aluminum cradle and bubble wrap it up onto the bike transporter. Fully insured ($13000) from the guys house in tassie to my uncles in S.a for 720.00 :D
