13" Tyre Hook ups

any of you guys work in the Tyre shops?

I need a hook up on 13" tyres

used 80% above or new

155/70/13 or so needs 4 of them
also considering 60-65 tall if there is any.

also can do a trade with 4x Nissan s15 Standard VGC no curbs wheels 16" with 80% or so tyres

My current tyres are perishing and too tall for my application

if he cant, i know antique tyres do that kinda stuff too (eg: 185S R14 etc) - unsure of their pricing though
