The faces of those guys reflect just how much fun they have at work.
Time to rethink procurement.
The aero guy can't believe he gets paid to do it.
The marketing guy is pleased with the budget he gets to work with but is stressed as hell.
The IT guy loves his job and wants you to try rebooting it first.
The electronics guy is high on solder fumes and thinking about something funny his cat did that morning.

Yeah i have already been looking into this and emailed a couple of them, as mentioned it is only available to UK residents. From what i can see, unless your family with people that are already in the industry or know a lot of people well, the only way you would actually have a chance to make it in is you pack up and permanently move to the UK to be able to be eligible in a program like this.

Aero design role would be amazing. Sadly you would need to be one of the smartest mother fuckers in the world regarding CFD to probably even be considered :P I'll stick to mining haha

If anyone gets an email back for a phone interview I'd be surprised. You'd need to be one smart mother fucker to even have a chance... I may suggest this to my brother.

dont think its just smarts you would need you would have to have a very mechanical mind and be able to look at problems from diffrent angles. I have known {unts that are crazy smart but wouldnt have a clue on how to remove a spark plug
