I have all but finished renovating the house and the retard that owned it before me did the shittest patching job of all time on one wall.

Basically I want to re plaster one interior wall. I can get the dimensions but at a guess it would be <15m2.

The base render is fine so as far as I can tell it will just need the final float done.

The house is in Rivervale.

Could drywall it also if price for rendering/set is very high.

Would be a better finish also and less mess

I thought about that but there is a doorway so if you were keen there would only be a small clearance around the timber door frame.

I think that plaster would be best despite the cost. I am not one to do shit by halves.

Ah ok fair enough the margin would would be like 15mm less once u account for sheet(10mm), adhesive (5mm)

Lol dry lining isn't doing things by halves, only thing it would do is make the rest of the walls look like rat shit in comparison.

I'll ask my mate if he's keen for a cashie anyways.
