$139 for G27 at DSE

Just wanted to let you guys know that Dick Smith are selling the Logitech G27 for $139 starting today. Was considering just putting it in the DSE thread, but I thought it should have it's own thread for more publicity, so can delete/ merge if mods want.

It's in store only meaning that the price online is still $499.

$139 was a pricing error, but they had to honour it for the day as pricing changes come through the system over night.

It is only $100 extra from LogitechShop anyway, might grab one later. Does anyone know what the actual anticipated sale price of the G27s are for DSE when they begin discounting everything fo' real?

One guy I spoke to said it was false info and they were not on sale.... another guy (watching the door to make sure no one thieves) asked why I was leaving without anything and I told him the story. He then said that the "real" sale didn't start till later in April and they may be reduced then?!?!?! Who knows.

Woollies are selling DSE off and an official announcement is happening internally on wednesday so anyone claiming anything is just speculating for now.
They are selling gaming stock as part of a new gaming direction with the company as part of the sale of the company.

Harvey Norman just did a 50% off all games...didn't mean they were closing down

They don't have to do anything... They can offer a good at any price they desire, then we as the consumer can purchase or tell them to eat a dick.
