If you get stuck, there's easy DIY kits on eBay - same as applying a vinyl sticker.

Why not spray paint them? Drop some black into clear coat, and the more coats you give it the darker it gets. Looks very glossy as well

Was Thinking that..

But I can guarantee it will end up a mess lol

They make a tinting spray man. Got it from supershit auto. It's called 'night shades' or similar, black and purple can, just spray BOTH HEADLIGHTS evenly and simultaneously, to ensure same coverage, then add another coat 1hr later (no less, or it runs) and yeah to get the clear shine back, just one last coat of clear. Probably cost you $30. And the can will do ATLEAST 12 headlights, so score cash from ya mates and do their lights too.

Just a thought. /2c

The advantage of the film is you can easily remove it, should the 5-0 pull you up for tinted lights?

Good point!!^^^
Wouldn't standard window tint be just as effective? Or heat issues?

or do what Ricey does ... he gets headlight covers for his VZ, did the above technique, but on the inside of the covers, so it retained the gloss/shine of the plastic
