Gday guys, sorry if this is in the wrong section..

My car (1998 vt commodore SS v8 5.0l) idles well, if i put my foot flat off the lights it dies, but will slowly pick up and run fine. If i hold in the brake and put foot flat it will surge going up and down constantly between 1000 and 1500rpm. Plugged a scan tool in and got these 3 codes:
16 Coolant Tempreture sensor voltage unstoppable
92 Low Speed fan or no BCM response
31 Theft deterant signal missing

Anyone have any idea what my problem could be? Cheers

Change Coolant temp sensor.

The other 2 codes are just about in every VT.

Below thermostat housing, on the front of the intake manifold.
