Hey, I've just completed my dogging and basic rigging cert and now I'm looking to get into some local work to get my experience up.... Any help or info would be appreciated.

advice is to get into a big crane yard learning how to rig the cranes themselves. or structural steel errection.

freo cranes
dg crane hire
boom

any of the above. plus lots more.

alot of the big steel yards will employ riggers as well for onsite work. thats the sorta stuff that can be good money round the city. union sites are a sweet gig.

My dad site supervises for diploma construction, currently on the KWINANA HUB redevelopment.
They're in tilt-panel erection stage, if you're far enough SOR, maybe just ask how you go about getting on site?
Michael Murphy is his name.

Good luck
