Xbox RROD repair

Hey all,

Just looking for any recommendations of places to go to get a RROD for Xbox 360 fixed?
I've come across Mod Xpress in Willeton which I was thinking of using, if anyone can recommend a better place etc then I could consider them also.

New to the whole Xbox scene so I don't know the usual hang outs for those with RROD's :P

mod xpress/phone ninja fixed my iphone seem to do good work, actually turns out i know one of the guys.

I've fixed a couple of (Apple) devices following the instructions on this site.
It's very satisfying. I'd have used them for my PS3 YLOD had I known about it at the time.

Thanks guys, took it to mod xpress as I wanted to get it done fast (rather than waiting for a kit to be shipped out etc).

Might look at investing in one of those kits though, look simple enough, thanks tinto.

I've repaired heaps with the kits, infact my Xbox is a frankenstein made from my original launch console and bits and pieces from RROD boxs I have acquired around. The $30 kit works and is easy to do.
