Ours are nackered. Went to Jaycar and tried a universal remote that was supposed to work with our garage door remotes but didn't. Anyone know where abouts we can go for something like this? Buying a new remote specifically for the garage door is like $150 - $250 and we just dont have that right now so looking for a cheaper alternative. I was told there is a great remotes shop in Malaga but I couldn't find anything on my searches. Any help would be great.

I just went through this drama. Bunnings only sell remotes that work with Merlin openers.

keen to know this too, got 3 remotes with our door and now only 1 works.

its a centurion, one of the remotes seems to work fine but when you press the button nothing happens, and can't find a way to reprogram it

Google the manual for the controller. Reprogramming usually consists of a button on the controller and a key sequence on the remote.

If anyone needs remotes for their garage door just pm me.

They are generally expensive through the actual door companies but I can get them a bit cheaper.

Depending on what remots you already have, ebay.

Got a replacement remote to suit a Chamberlain door for $37 (easy enough to program with the door)

Yeah, but if that little flocker doesn't work, too much effort to go about getting a refund....

+1 to Ashley electrical. Have used them a couple of times for car remotes...Don't know if they do garage or not.

Craig was unable to locate a spare remote for me so I'll try Ashley's tomorrow.
