how to track down boat registration/ownership details?

I have the details of the type of boat, I want to find a list of names/registrations etc for those particular boats in Perth which will then help me to track down where they are moored, contact the owner etc. Anyway to do that online? I know there is a system where you can do it with ACFT, hoping there is a similar system for boats. cheers.

I am almost certain there in nothing around to find the details like this. All boats have to be registered with the department of transport and knowing what they are like with boats, getting anything out of them would be near on impossible. You would probably have more luck contacting yacht clubs or marinas. If you don't mind me asking, what sort of boat are you looking for?

what info are you trying to chase? about said boats, you mad? or want to know something about said boat?

no, not mad at all. nothing like that. might have found it using nearmap. going to take a drive and have a look.
