not my section at work im in the training department but figure this sort of thing may be worth chucking up as it may help someone get a boost career wise.
anyway they are chasing the following... described to me as entry level roles... or a steping stone type of thing..

thats pretty good for a plant operator + training or osh !!!

for comparison we pay our plant ops 165k and our osh guys about 180k

your company is getting both for a lot cheaper !!!
