Anyone work for Optus, specifically with internet shit?

Need to get a Static IP and have been informed that only "business accounts" get it - don't mind switching over from personal to business but last time I rang up the dumb pingpingpingping had no idea what I was talking about and took 30 minutes to figure out what Static IP was before saying I'd get a call in a few days to confirm changes and that paperwork was being emailed to me to confirm changes (neither of which happened) and now I CBF calling up to get some muppet from overseas and have an hour long convo/wait... anyone local work in there that can do some magic?

Or anyone in Telstra that can do me a good deal? Need Static IP to run a server.

i use this service for a hostname i can connect to remotley
i have a dynamic ip and my router reports my ip whenever it changes to dyndns. so i can have a website and shit without having to pay for a static that is unnecessary
