The place near Whitemans park was a hostel/B&B type thing where the couple that owned it went broke, there's stories the daughter dying there or some shit but its all bullshit.

The place mentioned by op is like the 2 mansions on armadale rd, seen lights and cars at one of them before but the other one in nearly 18 years of traveling that road pretty often I have never seen any lights or cars there but the place is well kept

I did the landscaping there, was there for several months.
They originally lived in the house out the front, started building the mansion and pissed off the neighbours working all hours, so they bought the property and knocked it down, turned the yard into a tennis court.
They had a big van would that leave the house empty, then come back full, pull right up to the house, unload them secretly then dissapear.
Spoke to a couple of tradies that worked in the house, lots of secretive shit going on, werent allowed to go anywhere but directly to the area they were working in and weren't allowed to talk to anyone.
For all the work they couldn't do themselves, and they did a lot, they paid in cash.
We turned the pool into a giant pond, we were going to get some fill to fill it up most the way then cement over it, they told us not to worry they would sort it, next day the pool was filled with boxes of paperwork and rubbish, told us to just cement over it, lol.
