Smart TV/Xbox/ps3 connection

Hey guys I have this problem that is doing my head in, I'm hoping someone here can help.

I have a Smart tv, xbox 360 and ps3 that all randomly lose connection to my pc. One minute they can all find the pc media and then randomly it will drop out and none of them can find the pc, they can still go on the net and everything. Now it will randomly just work again but not if I restart, its just completely random when it will find the pc.

Anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? All devices are connected to a switch which then uplinks to the modem.

Swap the switch ?

I don't think its the switch because I still have internet and it seems like the pc doesn't want to connect with anything else. I have all firewalls off and all sharing turned on. When I tried to create a network map it came up with an error saying that responses from other devices are delayed?

Ok sorry for the double post but heres an update.
For shits and giggles I plugged in my laptop. The laptop can see the tv and the pc, the pc cant see the TV but can see the laptop, and the tv can't see either. For a minute it worked and the tv saw all DLNA servers, as soon as I tried to go into one it dropped out again. All systems can go on the net fine. TV to Pc connection has worked fine for the last 2 days just decided to play silly buggers this afternoon. None of this makes any sense!
