FM4.. How to join ALM?

I would like to be part of the time attack challenges and stuff that you guys are in, I have other friends on Xbox live but none of which are into forza motorsport. Can someone point me in the right direction to koin your group?

Go into community, search for Antilag Motorsport or ALM.
