Hi all!
We have a couple of positions open at my Company for Project Managers. It is due to growth in the company and taking on more projects. We have just restructured the business to include a Major Projects Division. Holcim is the leading supplier of concrete & aggregates to major projects through out WA. Some of our major clients include Chevron, BHP, Rio Tinto & Woodside. These positions will be based in our head office in Bentley but will require FIFO according to project requirements.
Immediate Key Responsibilities:
Manage day to day operational aspects of the project and scope
Review delivrables prepared by team before passing to client
Managing the Projects Budget
Ensures timely and accurate financial control for the project
Identifies resources needed and delegates responsibilities across the team
Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
Accurately analyse and forecasts Actual VS Budget and monitors utilisation
Qualifications/Personal Attributes:
A tertiary qualification related to Project Management mandatory
Sound experience in related Project Management role
Demonstrate proven experience in communicating at a senior level
Good exposure to civil construction industry, including concrete and earthworks
Be an excellent communicator and ability to lead a team
Proven capabilities to self manage within broad strategic objectives
