Hi!

My hotmail has been locked after 15 years of no problems...my friends say i should stop looking up midget amputee porn but that's besides the point.

My problem now is that the 'Where should we send your verification code' email address is a family members now defunct email address - therefore, no chance of receiving code

Is there any way to contact Hotmail via phone?? it seems every avenue of recovery just leads me back to the above....do i have to wear it and bin that email address/all the associated contacts or can i get it back?

Help me Obi Wan Kenobi's...your my only hope

Thanks in advance!

Had the same problem. Too many hacks on my account that i've had since yr 9.
Wrote it off because I couldnt find any support whatsoever. Id be very interested to know if it can be recovered but I doubt it.

Wow, people still use MSN?

I thought Facebook chat had taken that over ages ago.

You can setup your gmail with a .net passport though, which allows you to use GMAIL with MSN. Just need to move contacts over.

It can be done, its just a lot of ginning around. I changed my password after it got hacked and forgot what I changed it too. I managed to get it back though.
