4x4 simulation fans

If your into offroading there hasnt really been much choice since PC gaming took off, infact screamer 4x4 was probably the best game to date. even though know it now looks like a ps one game the physics & realism are still there.

since then there hasnt been much, UAZ ultimate drive was pretty bloody good as even by todays standards the graphics are pretty shit hot, but today a mate of mine put me on to this little gem.

Its called, or atleast roughly translates to "OFF ROAD DRIVE" and is made by our communist friends over in the russian district

Basicly its the first game ive seen where the terrain actually deforms decently. ie, you can dig trenches... then actually get stuck in them until the point you need to winch out. The suspension physics etc are all spot on and things like difflocks etc all do exactly what they are supposed to.

the full version is available in all the usual places, and there is a russian demo available HERE (http://files.games.1c.ru/pp3/demo/pp3_demo_setup_offline.exe). Be patient as the demo averaged about 40kb/sec for me and I couldnt find a better link anywere.

lol we found with vivid if you download in the morning it goes quicker. In the evening we get about 25-50kb/sec in the morning ~7:30-8 have seen it as high as 800kb/sec. Downloading from same sites.

spewin, mine works fine, downloaded as an iso and used a program that makes a virtual cd drive cause mine are fucked, mounted the iso and works perfect, happy days!

Yeah it works on my laptop but not my desktop, and laptop is aids when it comes to anything 3d

anyone got any ideas? first error was d3dx10_411.dll, put that in sys32 and gave another one. audiosomething1_7.dll put that in there and says the file isnt designed to be run or some shit.
