Job Description : Air Quality Practitioner
Location : Major Perth Health Facilities
Requirements
• Strong technical skills
• Understanding of HVAC / AC systems
• Self motivated
• Work unsupervised
• Current drivers license
• Police clearance
• Neat & tidy appearance (work attire provided)
Duties
• Plan and execute the assigned Inspection Programmes. This includes inspection, environmental testing and rectification works for the HVAC systems / AC Systems around the whole site.
• Plan and execute the secondary Inspection Programme. This includes inspection, environmental testing and rectification works for the exhaust systems around the whole site.
• HVAC / AC System ductwork inspection, testing and cleaning
• Indoor air quality testing as required as per QED training
• Report writing using supplied templates (Microsoft word and excel)
• Liaising with hospital engineering staff and Tenants
Hours
Monday – Friday, around 45 hours per week – mainly within typical business hours, some out of hours works required during large equipment shutdowns.
Salary
Negotiable depending on experience - 40-50k
Position Development
Manage and schedule on-site work team as tasks expand
