In a statement, Microsoft Corp. co-founder Bill Gates expressed his condolences on the death of Steve Jobs, saying that it had “been an insanely great honor” to work with his long-time rival and Apple Inc. co-founder.

For the last year my missus has been through both chemo and radio. it started in her bowl and they hit her with chemo, sure it made her sick but in 2 months her white cell count plumeted to the point were they deemed fit to stop. 6 months later while still going for her montly tests etc they discoverd it had spread to the outiside of her liver, so they started with radio. 3 weeks.. white cells at the lowest they have ever been and treatment has stopped.

She also happens to have a more than well known reputation from other doctors for her work in the field, although she is now at an executive level in the health department she had the best doctors from around the country volunteer themselfs to fly here and get her the best treatment possible.

then for someone like you to hop on the internets and try to rub shit on work that has cost thousands of man hours to develop and saved countless lives is fucking disgracefull.

As for Jobs, I have to appreciate the ground work him, Gates, Wozniak and I'm sure others who will go unnamed contributed towards the field that pays my bills today, IT. Massive regard for them, even though they are ruthless SOBs in getting the job done.

Also, I lost my own father aged 54, one year and one month ago. It's far, far too young for such a loss. Nothing in life is guaranteed...except death and taxes!

Share price fell 0.23% last night, i don't think we will see apple make any real gains until Tim Cook shows he can actually do something.
iphone5 will already be planned out and ready to go, but after that and how they approach it, who knows.

It's all about the Why. It seems logical that what Steve Jobs has actually done is make an Apple religion by focussing on the beliefs of the users.
