The Story (copied of SAU)
"My car was stolen tonight around 1:30am from 91 Alma Rd,Mt.Lawley while I was delivering pizzas (family business).
I was very stupid and left the engine on because the customer's door was like 10 steps away from me.I knocked on the door and waited for like 2 minutes
and no one opened the door,so I called the customer then they told me to go to the back of the house which was very dark. After that, they started arguing about the price bla bla bla.
When I left the car,no one was following me or standing around on the road but I did see 4 guys came out.
After arguing,I called the store bla bla bla then the next thing I heard was my engine pushed to the limit and
gone.Didn't even see where the car headed or went but there were only 3 guys left after that, then I asked where's the other guy ?
They said who, there are only us here,no one else.I'm guessing or pretty sure it was one of their friends who stole my car."

I wouldn't dream of leaving my car running - very opportune moment, looks well setup though. Hope he gets the car back, at least if he had a pin code setup or something you would hope the thief wouldn't realise and park up somewhere only to not be able to start the car after that.

If the cops don't have anything to go on, door knock every single house in the street, especially his neighbours and strike up a convo about if they saw anything.
Even if it doesn't net any results it might have a flow on effect that drops the owner/occupier in deep shit with people around him that probably don't take to kindly to shit like that.

Call me curious
How would the occupants know a car of value would be left running out the front of the house ??
Why would the occupants lie about the fourth person and state there wasnt a fourth person when apparently there was ??
Why is this the first post of this new member to AL ??
Why would you leave a car of value running and unlocked even being so close to it ??
Even if this is legit I doubt anyone with a car like this would leave it anywhere running especially having to leave it even further from or out of sight (ie walk to the back of a dark house and in this instance get it stolen ??)
Turbo timer set to 5 - 10 mins would have prevented this from happening. You can take your keys with you, lock your car etc, all with the car still running. When you're ready to leave just reinsert key and drive away. I do feel bad for the guy though. Thieves are getting more and more cunning with each one of these 'stolen' threads.

There is always a first post for everyone on here. I'm sure you were in the same spot a couple of years ago. Just trying to help another member out!

If you clicked on the SAU link on the first post, you would have read the owner's post to get a better idea about all of this.
checked the bakery?

Possible if it wasn't running they may of given him a touch up to get keys . Set up for sure
