25k for Vienna Range inlcuding Sarking and battons installed is a bit rich but not too far off the mark. We use Monier so I dont have any real contacts for Bristile. I would have expected somewhere around the 20-22k.

wouldn't you need to know the quantity before you decide if the price is too high..?

To some degree yes but I know Viennas are not cheap either way, it to also include battons, sarking and installation. We had a quote for one client that came in around that mark for 280m2 - 300m2 house.

exactly my point. if it's a 500m2 house it's the opposite end of the scale.

youll need more than that.
you need to calculate the roof pitch area, as your tiles are not put on a flat roof.

347m2 x 1.109 = 384.82m2 on the rake.

Colorbond them shits
Colorbond only looks good on certain houses.
The house we just had designed as our family home, has a concealed skillion colorbond roof.. looks fuckin great, because you can't see the roof :D

+1 freaking noisy.
BALISTIC - Scillion roofs are awesome, our company is about to have 3 Display homes with it ( Currently Designing the third ) But it shouldnt be far away. Definately Looks the goods on a street where all the houses look the same.
Waxdass - If you can get gutters like these ( you can get it done by Combined Metal Industries ) for the small outlay it looks bombed :D
If you want contacts ect for it PM me.
