already heading to Mullas for arvo beers, then the Paddo and the Saint, but might change the saint to somewhere in Leedy then hit NB.. Niche or Leedy any good on a Sat night?

Elephant and Wheelbarrow is Cougar central on a sat night, pretty much guaranteed a root there, they cranked the 90's tunes last time I was there, so bailed quick smart.
Paddys stinks in smell and as a pub, fucking hole, but like EnWB, it's slapper central.
I like the rocket room on a sat night for a good starting place, usually has a decent band.

Red Sea in Subi is good on a Saturday night.

Carnegies ( probably havent spelt it right ) is also good.

I like the George ( st georges tce ) last time I was there, there was a good 4 to 1 girl/ guy ratio. But thats more on a saturday night.

#1 Best joint there is the Flying Scottsman (I basically live there on my weeks off)
Queens is similar laid back style but not as good as it's run by a big company.

Other options on Beaufort St
Brisbane Hotel (decent joint, gets a bit packed out though)
Luxe (if your a poser or want to pick up 46yr old divorcee's at the end of the night)
Bar 5 (good but expensive)
Must Wine Bar (expensive but farking brilliant drinks)
Clarences (as above)
Pony Club (is shit but deserves a mention)
Malt Supper Club (not as good as the people who run it think it is)

All of this is in walking distance, there's plenty of Taxi's and parking if you have a driver.

I work saint on Saturdays. It goes in a cycle of one pumping Saturday and then one dead Saturday after. We've had two somewhat busy Saturdays in a row so tomorrow could be iffy, but usually if its sunny it's busy because of the beer garden and all that.
Best time to come is earliest 8:30pm, Most Saturdays it dose not start getting busy until 9 or 10. Something to keep in mind if you do end up coming to the saint

But we get cougar packs that are on the prowl hard... Also bulk groups of young chicks come in to start the night. Some nice flange floating around.

Fridays are busier that Saturdays for now though.

Just go to the Hip-e after the garden. Good night garunteed. Red sea is shit unless you like being around cockheads and stuck up bitches most the night (in fairness tho has been a little while since I've been there so may have changed)

everyone who lives in perth complains about the nightlife. being an ex perth resident who visits a few times a year, the nightlife is actually pretty good (except some parts of subi and all of northbridge). great pubs like the brass monkey, the como, the windsor, clancy's fish pub on canning bridge and basically any pub on a friday night in the city is pretty decent. i'm going to go against the trend here, and say that perth has excellent pubs with a pretty low dickhead ratio if you go to the right ones (stay away from northbridge at all costs!)

Red Sea - fake it till you make it, full of Jersey Shore wannabe's or roid raging idiots who stare you down.

Having said that they have seen the light slowly, have started to ban repeat fuckwits, and anyone who rocks up wearing a full leb gold chain is told to remove it before entering.

Gold is not bad, but youll never get 20 guys in at midnight.
Flawless - not as good as the old days of Sapphire, way too many Red Sea types in it now.
Lama is ok but packed way too full, that massive table near the bar should be chopped in half.
Capitol is undergoing some changes, and is busy every week without fail.
Conservatory is awesome, but not really a place to grab 20 guys to go party hard etc. Good starting point, or somewhere to take a friend etc.
George is similar
Library is hit and miss
Deen is too young a crowd for me these days
Shed - would rather by molested by a goat
Metro City - good tunes, very racially select crowd, can feel very intimidating.
Malt - over rated, packed too full, so many pretentious posers in there. Really nice place inside though.
5 bar is a great little place for drinks and nibbles. Queens is great for drinks.
Brisbane has a bit of snobbery, but usually some talent.
Leedie aint what it used to be, Niche is not too bad. Garden is great, but shit, as it only serves beer and wine, and ye olde hippie.. well is the same it was 10 years ago, and will be the same in 10 years. Manor can be awesome, or awesomely shit.
Botannica can be ok on a Sat, most of the posers come down on a sunday. Saint is hit and miss, The Boulevard is quite nice actually.
East End in freo - really nice inside, good dress and crowd standards.
And good old mets, yeah boi.
