dropped the steering wheel for a deep dish Nardi and a Recaro went in to hold me in place.

With the arms all adjusted and ready for action it gave the rear some pretty decent poke as well as loads more grip.

After that was front lip (that needs more love and to be fixed to the front bar properly.)

They look like the new Clubspec T3 DBA rotors. Have you used them in anger yet? I've just bought a set, but could only find limited experiences with them, so hoping they'll be a decent package...

(PS Looks like people are finally figuring out how to make 33's look good)

Nice car,

But why is it that any time someone gets a nice clean car they say they want to do this

future plans are to slide it on the track so we'll see how that goes.

Drifting fucks cars! do it in a hack, not a nice straight clean example of a car!

Specko
17-08-2011, 09:46 AM
it wont be very clean for long if you start drifting it :( How much power is it making Kerelm?

not everyone can afford to have 2 cars, what's the point of having something as well set up as this car if you're not going to use it?

also, i don't really see how drifting it is going to fuck it, provided he doesn't put it into the wall.

mys1

Drifting is one of the hardest forms of motorsport on a car! Clutch kicking, Rolling burnouts, and rubber flying all over your rear end, run off the track into a sand trap and over rumble strips etc,

If you think its good for itk, then your crazy.

Why not go for some grip level stuff,

a) its proper racing not somthing scored like synchronised swimming.
b) I guarantee you will break less shit doing grip work than drift work.

lysdexia
17-08-2011, 04:56 PM
eh, i never broke anything back when i was a drift kiddie

You're just lucky then mate or maybe you're just a perfect driver.. :P

Should do both types of motorsport.. any motorsport is good! Give everything a crack..

MYS1 he never said he would be drifting for serious or for fun though?

R33 looks mint man.

About time you chucked it up here considering the amount of shit 33's there are...love the lip :D

I do agree about not drifting it. This is too good to drift.

As you know I love this 33. It is so nice to see cars that are often ruined/butchered done simple and clean. But I do not like how you are keeping parts secret. There is no need to pay homage to those who keep engine specs "secret".

The front lip looks suspiciously like a "Subaru WRX STI - MY06/07 lip". ;)
