Is there any workshop that do reconditioning old engine mounts to polyurethane ones?

I bought a set of Hasport kit (billet and pollyurethane) but 1 of the mount will not line up!!
few of my mounting seats position on the car has been change to accommodate the engine swap.
but one of the mount is very very far from lining up so i could not use the new mounts.
unless i cut that seating point and return it where it was before.. but its going to be very costly (engine out, re weld blah blah blah)

bad thing was i did not relise this until i was replacing the mounts. :(

now i have 2 solid polyurethane mounts and the other side is still stock old and crappy!!

so my mission is to get a replacement mounts on that. but the problem is i do not know what mount is that come from..
could be from an civic EF9 or other honda =/ i wouldnt know! this stops me from ordering a premade ones..

then now im stuck and looking for some one locally who can make me a new polyurethane to replace my old rubber mount..

any idea where to get them done?? or recommended me to go? for sure some one locally does that for a living right? :p

cheers!

try match them locally to the model it may have came from and order online? otherwise if you could provide measurements I'm sure anyone worth their weight would be able to machine something up.

You could have the original/stock mount filled with polyurethane by any number of companies? I do believe I made a thread about it a while ago - from memory the company I enquired to quoted $100-120 per mount in any colour, any hardness.

I'll see if I can dig up the thread.

EDIT: Here - http://www.antilag.com/forums/showthread.php?41361-Solid-Polyurethane-Engine-Mounts&highlight=

Just to reiterate, Polyrubber quoted $110/ea for the engine mounts and Advanced Polymer Technology quoted $80-100.

As per the thread, however, I ended up buying custom made 95A durometer engine mounts from the US so I never got around to using either of these companies.

Yeah, they're only Mon-Fri. I got a sheet of poly made a month or so ago, and the turnaround was a week.

This guy used advanced polymer technology. Was $60 and took a week.

^ That's where I first heard about APT from, actually. As per my previous post, it's not $60 any more.
