Anyone have any second hand surround sound speakers they are looking to offload? I already have the amp to run them. Dont mind if they are old but must sound good and be in good condition

Yes i know you already have a amp but IMO these are the best value you will get for sub $500.
I have been running set of these for a while and they are just excellent.

I have an older model and can say they're a fantastic piece of kit for the price and take up minimal space for the output.

You can pick up a Yamaha 7.1 system from JB's from around $699 IIRC, I talked mine down to $600 inc a whole bunch of hdmi/optical cables and stuff. Good quality system too.

Are they good for listening to music as well or just home theatre? I have the previous version of these already for the office but haven't bothered to set them up yet.

come take the lot for 500...its 'too bluky' for them and they want just an amplified 2 channel solution...ill probably look at the yamaha sound bar for them if we can bin the current set up
