Just moved into our new place and been having some issues with the tv reception, all the digital stations go to shit, picture and sound.

Just realised then that its the reverse cycle unit on the wall that causes it, bit of a pingpingpingping as its cold out and i like to watch tv in bed..

any ideas why this would happen? or how to stop it? some sort of noise reduction box like you get for amps? i dont fucking know

get into the roof and separate the power cable from the coaxial cable if the are near or touching. How many tv outlets are in the house?

mmmmm it might need a booster if there already isnt one there. But id put my money on the a/c feed cable being close to the coaxial cable and when its on its inducting a voltage to screw up the tv frequency.

I'm in need of a sparky. I have a problem with my lighting circuits in my house.

Probably due to the shitty board (old house)

anyway my lights think its a disco.

+1 for A/C cable creating disturbance in the coaxial cable...

Has happened a few times at work with Ethernet cables.
