Had THOUSANDS of photos on my portable hard drive. Went to delete a single file with a few images in it and some how my file with ALL my images in it has been deleted. Its not in my recycled folder and i didn't accidentally move it to another file.
WHERE IS IT!
I'm not to good with this shit.
Please help, what do i do?

Tried searching the file name?
Was the folder so big it popped up with another window stating something along the lines of it was to big to trash so it was auto deleted?

Ok all has failed. Pandora was the best though, unfortunately most are corrupt due to being overwritten by something else.
Its 2am!
Just remembered my dad kept a copy of all my photos from Europe.
You cannot believe how happy i am right now!

As a safety measure if you have so many Imprtant images you should get A solid state drive much more reliable

I have a small SSD for my operating system then a large storage hard drive. Its on 64gb though.
I have now backed up my photos onto 3 separate systems. A still lost a few but not the important ones.

RunTime GetDataBack is the only recovery program I would ever use.

I had a HDD shit itself. Was my TV shows one, 750 gig of shows. GetDataBack once restored 99% of it, no fuss.
Do recommend.

I look forward to the day I see my last moving parts data storage ala floppy disk->platter HDD->CD/DVD/BluRay. Solid state makes me happy! Just gotta buy one for myself once they reach a better price/GB.
