My lease is up.. Looking for another rental as owner is living in house while thier house is built
Looking around the area of ballajura,hamersley,woodvale,Kingsley,and closer to town and also surrounding areas
Looking for a house hopefully for me and my gf.
We are very clean both work full-time.
Have a dog but it lives outside and it's well trained.
Hoping to spend 350 to 380
